Nollywood veteran, Chiwetalu Agu, has shared advice for those in relationships.
On his Instagram page, he noted that God rewards those who do right and value relationships. The actor appreciated his wife for choosing to walk the journey with him. He noted how through the sunshine and the storms, she has remained his greatest blessing, strength, confidant, and answered prayer.
“If life blesses you with someone who stays with you through every season, cherish them. They are God’s gift to your journey.
Nne, thank you for choosing to walk this journey with me. Through the sunshine and the storms, through joy and pain, you have remained my greatest blessing, my strength, my confidante, and my answered prayer.
I will choose you again and again, every single time. In this life, and if God permits in the next, my answer will always be you.
I would also like to use this opportunity to appreciate everyone who took the time to celebrate my wife and send her birthday wishes yesterday. We truly appreciate your love, prayers, kind words, and thoughtful gestures. We are sincerely grateful.
May God bless each and every one of you abundantly and reward your kindness. Amen”.
While celebrating his wife’s birthday a few days ago, the couple recreated their court wedding photos, as he appreciated her. Chiwetalu noted how, when life tested them with his illness, she never gave up on him. He said she stood by his side, cared for him, and carried the burdens of the family with remarkable grace and courage.
A month ago, Chiwetalu shared an adorable video of his wife caring for him. Using the video to caution men, he warned them against maltreating their wives and admonished them to remember their old age.
Last year, the veteran melted hearts with an adorable video of him washing his wife’s hair, affirming that true love still exists, but some people prefer ending up with the wrong person. Using his marriage as a point of contact, Chiwetalu prayed for other marriages to be like his and prayed for the singles to marry right.
In an Instagram post, Chiwetalu had sent a message to married couples. While sharing a video of him and his wife settling their fight, he admonished married couples to learn to settle their differences internally and allow love to lead.
