All is now set for the annual Easter Holiday Tennis Clinic for junior players at the Ikoyi Club 1938.
The tennis section of the elite club will host the junior players between Tuesday April 11 and Saturday April 15.
Boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 16 years are expected to feature at the clinic with top coaches expected to give them foundational lessons on the sport.
After the clinic, a tournament will also be staged for the kids who are expected to come from various parts of the stage or even beyond since it is a holiday period for students.
The captain of the Ikoyi Club Tennis Section, Mrs Chizoba Onuoha, has assured that arrangements were in gear to stage a very entertaining tournament.
“It is an annual event and we expect the junior players to enjoy themselves from the start to finish. We have coaches who will take them through and we are ready to make it better than the previous edition,” Onuoha said.
