Chief press secretary to the governor Ukoha Njoku Ukoha made the allegation, yesterday, in a press statement in Umuahia, the state capital, warning him to refrain from the action.

“This ugly development exposes the so-called Abia opposition reckless desperation to undermine and destabilize the state and in extension, the South East.”

“The government views the divisive antics as a clear manifestation of the  opposition’s lack of ideas and inability to articulate a credible alternative vision for the state,” the statement said.

According  to the statement, the government reaffirmed its commitment to the welfare and development of the state and the people and will not be deterred by the antics against Otti and Tinubu.
