APC Elders Pray For AbdulRazaq

The Ilorin East Joint Wards Elders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) under the chairmanship of Alhaji Yahaya Ibrahim Olounnisomo,have organised a special prayer for the Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.

The special prayer, led by Alh Yahaya Shittu was graced by eminent personalities, including political office holders, technocrats, traditional rulers and APC stalwarts in the area.

The well attended prayer was held at Alalubosa Primary School, Maraba , Ilorin.
After the recitation of some selected chapters of the holy Qur’an, the clerics prayed to Allah to grant the governor more successes in running of the affairs of the state.

They also requested Allah to grant President Bola Tinubu a successful tenure. The clerics prayed to Allah to further cement the existing cordial relationship between Governor AbdulRazaq and President Tinubu.
In a brief sermon, a popular Islamic preacher, Alfa Mohammed Ali Eyonbo Anabi, hailed Governor AbdulRazaq for bringing a lot of fortune to Kwara State . ” It’s a long time that Kwara has had the opportunity of having its people heading first class parastatals like NNPCL, NOA, and others as we are having it now under the leadership of Governor AbdulRazaq,” Eyonbo Anabi said.

The cleric enjoined the people of Ilorin and Kwara in general to give more support to Governor AbdulRazaq to reciprocate his invaluable services to the state.

In a brief remark, Alh Iliasu AbdulRahman Iponrin assured the governor of the continued support of the people of Ilorin East local government area.

Dignitaries that attended the prayer included Alh Iliasu Iponrin, ex- non executive director of NNPCL, Dr Ghali Alaaya, senior adviser and counselor, Alh Saadu Salahu, commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, Dr Afeez Abolore, special adviser on Special Duties, Alh AbdulRazaq Jiddah, chairman of Ilorin East LGA, Malam Lukman Agbelere, vice chairperson, Ilorin East LGA, Hajia Nafisat AbdulRaheem, special adviser on Media, Alh Bashir Adigun, senior special assistant on Religion (Islam), Alh Ibrahim Danmaigoro, senior special assistant on Security, Alh Muideen Aliyu, ex- House of Assembly member, Hon. Ali Jimoh, Alh Isiaka Ishola, Daudu Idiadan Yekelu and other traditional chiefs from Ilorin East, Kwara APC Women leader, Hajia Falilat Mohammed and APC state organising secretary, Yusuf Kure, amongst others.
