Mr. Ndili, in a press statement made available to newsmen in Abuja, said he and his executive committee members of NASAJ were embarrassed to read in an Abuja-based national daily that another president of the Association existed beyond him who emerged in a national election alongside members of the association.

Ndili described the said the publication in the national daily, which came in form of an advertisement, as a calculated attempt by some suspended members of NASJA to cast malice and aspersions on his person and vowed to initiate legal proceedings to set records straight that he is the duly elected President of the association

He said he had informed his lawyers to initiate legal steps to correct the erroneous and misleading impression being perpetrated by the suspended NASJA officers.
