An industrialist and chief executive officer of Alabura Construction Limited, Hassan Alabura, has described the appointment of Dattuwa Ali Kumo from Gombe State, as the chairman Governing Board of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) by President Bola Tinubu as a well-deserved recognition.
