Innovate Africa Corporation, in collaboration with the Office of the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), has announced the Innovate Africa Conference 2025, scheduled for October 23-24, 2025, at the ECOWAS Conference Hall, Abuja.

With the theme “Re-Imagining Africa’s Leadership & Investment,” the event will bring together a coalition of African heads of state, policymakers, investors, entrepreneurs, academics, development agencies, and private sector leaders. The goal: to accelerate strategic dialogue and actionable solutions that will redefine governance, innovation, and economic development across Africa.

“For too long, Africa has been viewed through the lens of potential rather than progress,” said Uloma Onyebuchi, founder and CEO of Innovate Africa Corporation. “Innovate Africa exists to reshape that narrative, one rooted in resilience, opportunity, and transformation.”

The 2025 edition—its second outing—promises to be bigger and more impactful, featuring:

Keynote Addresses from global and continental thought leaders; Fireside Chats with leading innovators and policymakers; Investment forums focused on cross-border deal-making; Sectoral panels tackling key areas like energy, health, tech, and education; Diaspora engagement roundtables; Startup pitch sessions; Innovation exhibitions showcasing African ingenuity.

Attendees can expect an environment primed for strategic networking, partnerships, and capital mobilisation. From cutting-edge tech demos to thought-provoking discussions, the conference is designed to move from talk to tangible action.

With Africa at a critical juncture—boasting the world’s youngest population, immense natural resources, and growing digital economies—Innovate Africa 2025 aims to be a turning point in shaping the continent’s global role.
