The Institute of Leadership Assessment and Development of Nigeria (ILAD) will host a high level Leadership Summit at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA), Victoria Island, Lagos on 27 November 2025.
The summit has as its theme; “Leadership Gap Analysis: Technology, Innovation and the Renaissance of Digital Leadership.”
The summit aims to examine how technology and innovation are reshaping leadership across governance, business, and institutions in Africa. It will bring together policy makers, executives, technologists, and young leaders to discuss strategies for bridging the leadership gap in a digital world.
The Director General of ILAD, Hon. Baba Ransome Adamu, said the summit “seeks to prepare Nigerian and African leaders to adapt to technological change and lead effectively in the age of digital transformation.”
He noted that it would feature keynote presentations, expert panel discussions and networking sessions focused on innovation driven leadership, digital governance, and institutional growth.
Thereafter there will be Fellowship conferment.
