The summit, themed “Building Capable Leaders and Competent Managers for Businesses,” was held at the Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
According to the statement, Olori Fashola-MacGregor was appointed in recognition of her contributions to leadership, humanitarian service and community development as the Queen of Ilawo Kingdom in Egbaland, Ogun State.
Aina, a professor of Computer Engineering at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, was recognised for his contributions to technology, governance and public sector reforms.
ILAD stated that the Fellows Assembly serves as the apex body of the institute’s certified professionals and executives under its Global Certification Programme.
The institute expressed confidence that the new leadership would strengthen the Assembly’s role in advancing leadership development in Nigeria and Africa.
