Institute for Negotiators, Community and Social Development Experts (INCOS-DE) has secured an international partnership with the Moller Institute of the University of Cambridge, marking a leap in global recognition for the Nigerian professional body.

The partnership was sealed following an official engagement between both institutions, during which the INCOS-DE delegation, led by its executive secretary and chief executive officer, Kunle Yusuff, outlined the institute’s commitment to integrity-driven leadership, innovation and sustainability-focused capacity building.

Under the agreement, the Moller Institute will design and deliver a bespoke online executive training programme tailored specifically for INCOS-DE members.

The programme is expected to combine Cambridge’s academic depth with practical, real-world approaches to leadership, governance and sustainable development.

Beyond the customised virtual courses, the partnership also provides for the organisation of an executive class at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom, to be facilitated by INCOS-DE with active participation from experts of the Moller Institute.

The collaboration further extends to global engagement, with the Cambridge Institute committing to participating in INCOS-DE’s executive training sessions across different regions, including Nigeria.

Speaking on the development, Yusuff described the agreement as a defining moment for the institute and its members.

“This is more than a partnership; it is a resounding validation of our collective hard work, credibility and excellence as a community,” he said in a statement issued on Tuesday.
