Boko Haram insurgents have reportedly attacked Mubang and Zah communities in Garha, Hong local government area of Adamawa State.
Mr Mbursa John, a resident of the area, who spoke to LEADERSHIP on the telephone on Monday night, confirmed that houses and business centres were burnt by the attackers.
John, who could not confirm the casualty figure in the attacks, said residents have fled into bushes for fear of being attacked.
Efforts to reach out to the Hong local government area council chairman, Mr Inuwa Usman Wa’aganda, proved abortive as of press time as he did not respond to phone calls ans text messages sent to him.
