The Integrity Group (lG) has endorsed the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Delta State governor, Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, for a second term in office, declaring unwavering support for the administrations developmental strides across the state and country.

At a press conference in Asaba yesterday, the convener and national president of the Integrity Group, Dr. Oke Idawene, promised 10 million and above votes for the President and 200,000 votes and above in Delta to return the governor.

Idawene emphasised that the governor’s re-election bid remains a top priority for the Integrity Group, the Renewed Hope Agenda, and the Youth Matter Charity Foundation Ambassadors. He congratulated the governor over another award from the Daily Independent Newspapers.

He described Oborevwori as a “leader who has delivered meaningful progress and opportunities for all Deltans. “Anyone supporting the Governor will certainly benefit from the MORE Agenda. We have witnessed massive development, realistic reforms, and enhanced peace and security in Delta state,” ldawene said.

“Whoever plans to contest against Governor Sheriff is wasting their time because he will seamlessly continue as Governor of Delta State from 2023 to 2031. They should not waste their resources since there is no vacancy in Aso Rock and Government House, Asaba. We reaffirm the group’s confidence in Governor Oborevwori’s leadership.”

He also expressed appreciation to the governor’s wife, Dame Oborevwori, for her steadfast support. “The governor’s wife is a great and reliable leader who has helped many succeed. The Governor’s achievements will keep opposition quiet. The wife is behind him.”
