Nigerian singer and signee of Davido’s record label, DMW, Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, popularly known as Peruzzi, has stated that he has never quarrelled with the multiple award-winning artiste.

He said this during a recent interview on the Zero Conditions podcast.

Speaking in pidgin, he said “Me and Davido never quarrel since I know am. Like never ever. Not once.”

When asked if they had at least one disagreement, he recounted one incident where he stood his ground because he was absolutely certain about his opinion.

“He [Davido] was going to lay punishment on somebody and I knew it was not that person that did that thing so I actually stood there because the punishment was going to be on the spot.”

Speaking further, Peruzzi addressed the rumours circulating a few months ago about his alleged relationship with Davido’s wife, Chioma.

According to him, the unfounded rumour was never discussed between him and Davido. Peruzzi revealed that he had known Chioma a long time ago adding that they are family friends but not blood related.

The singer also opened up about losing his mother to throat cancer. He said they didn’t know about the ailment till it had gotten to level three.
