A Jonnie Estate Surveyors and Developers (JESD), has officially unveiled its Splendor Ville Estate in the fast-growing Maitama II axis of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), offering premium investment opportunities for both new and seasoned investors.
Speaking at the launch event in Abuja, Dr. Annie Abadariki, CEO of Jonnie Estate Surveyors and Developers (JESD), described the project as strategic and historic.
“This project marks the beginning of something historic. Investors who subscribe now will reap remarkable returns in just a few years.
“The location is unbeatable, right on a major expressway, making it a prime and accessible investment,” she said.
Abadariki urged potential investors to act fast, revealing an exclusive 10-day pre-launch discount.
“Prices will increase soon, meaning early buyers gain instant equity. Our flexible payment plans make it even more investor-friendly. At Jonnie Estate, integrity is key, we are FCDA-approved, and every plot is allocated immediately. No delays, no stories.
“You buy today, you get your plot today. No waiting years for allocation. Development can begin as soon as final approvals are secured,” she said.
She said that the estate boasts of FCDA-approved allocations in Maitama II, a rapidly developing area with high growth potential.
“Much of this zone is still untapped, but our site is already bordered by a tarred expressway, a rare advantage.  With a new regional access road underway, accessibility will only improve.
“We have already sold multiple plots before this launch. Our last estate on Airport Road sold out in one day—this one won’t last long either,” she said.
She reassured investors of zero double-allocation practices, that if a plot is not available, they don’t sell it.
The Pastor of Citizens Church, Pastor Peter Balogun, offered a spiritual perspective, quoting Psalm 24:1, “The earth is the Lord’s, but He entrusts it to us to manage wisely. Today, we add value to what He has given.
“Except the Lord builds the house, the builders labour in vain. Every investor here can rest assured, this project is built on a solid foundation, both physically and spiritually.
“So, as this groundbreaking is committed to God, everyone investing here should rest assured, you are building on a solid foundation, both physically and spiritually,” he said.
