The Jos Electricity Distribution (JED) Plc has reiterated its commitment to strengthening customer engagement and eliminating energy theft through active collaboration with its customers.
JED in a statement issued by the acting head of Corporate Communications, Saratu Dauda said this declaration was made during the Company’s Quarterly Customer Consultative Forum, held in Jos, the Plateau State capital.
The managing director/chief executive officer, Alhaji Mammanlafia Umar represented by the company’s chief technical officer, Engr. Hamisu Jigawa emphasised the need for shared responsibility between the company and its customers to enhance electricity service delivery across its franchise states.
