Joshua Aaron has received the Limitless Without Borders (LWB) Award, a prestigious recognition that celebrates African professionals making global impact through innovation, resilience, and leadership.

In June 2025, the award was presented to honour individuals whose work crosses boundaries, whether geographic, professional, or cultural, to drive meaningful change.

“This award is a reminder that borders are only as real as we let them be. Impact does not need permission. It needs vision, execution, and a commitment to people,” said Joshua.

Joshua’s career reflects this spirit clearly. As a Senior Data Analyst at Websphere Solutions, he has played a pivotal role in transforming Kobotrack into one of Nigeria’s most user-friendly personal finance tools. From income tracking to behavioral insights and savings prompts, Joshua’s data strategy helped shift Kobotrack from functional to indispensable for thousands of everyday users.

He also brought measurable value to TruQ, a pan-African logistics platform. His work designing analytics pipelines improved delivery efficiency, route optimization, and operational flow for commercial fleets across West Africa. These improvements allowed operators to move goods faster, more affordably, and with better planning. This project strengthened TruQ’s role in modernizing African logistics infrastructure and made data a practical tool for frontline decision-making.

In addition, Joshua partnered with AgentMe, an African sales platform focused on empowering field teams. He introduced analytical frameworks that improved conversion tracking, clarified team performance, and helped redesign their customer journey with greater accuracy.

Joshua is currently spearheading a customer segmentation initiative at Kobotrack, a personal finance platform by Websphere Solutions. By leveraging business intelligence tools, he is driving more personalized user experiences and expanding access to inclusive financial solutions for underserved communities across Nigeria.
