Under the auspices of the Democratic Coalition Project for A New Nigeria (DCPNN), the groups said Tinubu has made sacrifices over the years and shown commitment to democratic values, economic growth, and social justice.

According to a statement signed by the group’s president Comrade Emmanuel Adewole, Tinubu’s leadership has rekindled hope and inspired a new generation of Nigerians to embrace democracy.

On Fubara, Adewole said the “courageous” governor has ended godfatherism in Rivers and returned power to the people which is the true hallmark of democracy.”

He also acknowledged the governor’s efforts at promoting peace, development, and good governance as well as dedication to the welfare of his people.
