Rivers State governor, Sir Siminalayi C, has sworn in Caretaker Committee Chairmen for the 23 local government areas of the State on Wednesday morning.
The swearing-in ceremony was performed at the Executive Council Chambers of the Government House in Port Harcourt.
This was sequel to their screening and confirmation by the State House of Assembly at its sitting earlier on Wednesday.
