The leader of the proscribed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, on Thursday, challenged the delivery of the judgement by Justice James Omotosho in his terrorism trial before the court.
Justice Omotosho is set to deliver the judgement in the case this Thursday morning.
The court had ruled that Kanu can make submissions after the case has been called and appearances entered.
However, Kanu claimed that he filed a motion on November 12, praying that substantial constitutional issues arising from the trial be referred to the Court of Appeal.
