Kashim Varsity Seeks Monguno’s Support On Devt Projects

The chief whip of the Senate and vice chairman of the Senate committee on appropriation, Sen. Mohammed Tahir Monguno, received the Management team of the Kashim Ibrahim University of Maiduguri in a courtesy visit.

The visit aimed to establish a foundation for collaboration between the University and the 10th National Assembly—the management team, led by the University Vice Chancellor, Engr. Prof. Babagana Gutti discussed potential areas of partnership with the senator.

The team emphasised the university’s commitment to community engagement and explored ways by the Senator to leverage support for developmental projects at the university.

The University management team left with a positive outlook, encouraged by the senator’s enthusiasm for collaboration and support for higher education in the national assembly and beyond.

This visit marks the beginning of a fruitful partnership, and the University looks forward to working closely with the Senator and the national assembly.
