Kebbi Assembly Receives 13 Bills From Gov Idris

The Kebbi State House of Assembly has received 13 bills sent to it by Governor Nasir Idris for consideration and passage in to law.

Speaker of the assembly, Hon Mohammed Usman Zuru who disclosed this to journalists yesterday in Birnin Kebbi stated that the bills include Kebbi State Pilgrims Welfare Agency Bill (KBHA/006/2023), Kebbi State Justice Sector Reform Bill (KBHA/007/2023), Kebbi State Senior Citizens Centre Establishment Bill 2023 (KBHA/008/2023), Kebbi State Investment Promotion Agency Bill (KBHA/009/2023), and Kebbi State Teaching Hospital Establishment Bill 2023 (KBHA/010/2023).

Others are Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aleiro Bill; Kebbi State Law Reform Commission Bill, Kebbi State Social Investment Programme Agency Bill, Kebbi State Polytechnic Bill, Kebbi State College of Advanced Studies and Legal Studies, Yelwa -Yauri Bill, among others.

 

The speaker, Muhammad Usman-Zuru said the bills have already been submitted to the respective committee chairmen for speedy passage.
