The First Lady of Kebbi State, Hajiya Zainab Nasir Idris, has appealed to well-to-do individuals in the state to assist in the development of education and skills acquisition.

She made the appeal during the commissioning of new educational and skills development facilities at the late Abubakar Nassarawa Islamic School in Badariya area of Birnin Kebbi metropolis.

The facilities include modern school halls, a multi-purpose centre for Da’awa and marriage counselling, and a women’s training centre.

The construction of the facilities were sponsored by the first Lady, reflecting her unwavering commitment to the development of education, Islamic values, and community development in the state.

She  emphasised the importance of Islamic knowledge and western education as a weapon for livelihood, calling on well-to-do people to support the school’s growth for diving reward.
