According to the SSG, the redeployment was part of the governor’s strategic plan to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the state’s governance structure.

The statement read, “I am directed to convey the approval of the Executive Governor of Kebbi State, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu, for the redeployment of the aforementioned Honourable Commissioners. This directive is for strict compliance and takes immediate effect.”

The SSG noted that the governor valued the collaboration and support of all members of the State Executive Council (SEC), which have been instrumental in the administration’s achievements so far. “The Governor reaffirms his commitment to maintaining peace, unity, and improving service delivery to the people of Kebbi State,” the statement added.
