Kebbi Govt Proposes Construction Of New GRA

Kebbi State government has concluded its plans to Construct a befitting new Government Reservation Area (GRA) outside the state capital Birnin Kebbi.

According to the plans, the new GRA will be constructed in Kawara village, a suburb of the south eastern part of the State capital,  Birnin Kebbi.

Already,  Governor Nasir Idris accompanied by the top government officials from the ministry of lands and housing led by the secretary to the state government have visited the proposed site where the construction will start after the government approves the award of the project.

Permanent secretary of the ministry of Lands and housing TPL Abubakar Ahmed ( Sarkin Yansarki) had presented the details of the layout map of the proposed GRA which noted will not only extend the state capital but increase the housing and revenue of the State.

Idris however commended the officials of the ministry of lands and housing for their foresight to propose such an important project will be beneficial for the generation to come.

Idris also said the government will improve its IGR after the compilation of the project which the people of the State will benefit from.
