Running from January 1 to January 31, the campaign, themed: “Confam New Year Deals,” promises discounts of up to 70 per cent on a variety of essential and lifestyle products.

With deals available both online and in Konga’s retail outlets nationwide, the initiative offers an opportunity for Nigerians to shop smart and save big during a month often marked by financial belt-tightening.

Konga’s head of marketing, Kunle Ajani, while speaking to LEADERSHIP Weekend, emphasised the significance of the campaign, adding that, “We understand that January can be a challenging month for many.

Konga Jara is our way of supporting our customers and helping them start the year on a positive note.

With discounts of up to 70 per cent across various categories, shoppers can enjoy great value and significant savings while purchasing essential items and more.”

“Jara,” a term rooted in Nigerian culture meaning “extra value,” captures the essence of the campaign. Shoppers can access discounts on a broad range of products, including food staples like rice, cooking oil, and tomato paste, as well as home appliances, fashion, gadgets, and FMCG items.

Designed to address the practical needs of Nigerians during the post-holiday period, the Konga Jara campaign positions itself as more than just a sales event. It reflects Konga’s commitment to delivering value and easing financial pressures for its customers.

As the 2025 edition unfolds, Konga invites Nigerians to take advantage of the deals and start the new year with confidence and financial ease.
