A renown cleric, Rev. Sebastian Iyere-Oyekpen, has extolled the virtues of national leader of the New Nigeria People’s party (NNPP), Sen Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, saying he is the most detribalised political leader in the country today.
He described the former governor of Kano state and presidential candidate of the NPP as a selfless leader who has greatly impacted on many lives in the country, especially in areas of education and empowerment.
Speaking with journalists in Abuja yesterday, Rev Iyere-Oyekpen said Sen Kwankwaso had made young professional technocrats across the country who have become a shining light on the global stage via his various educational policies.
According to him, the former governor is a role model that youths are seeking to emulate.
He said, “Kwankwaso is an outstanding role model for us, the youths, who are seeking to emulate his selfless and impactful lifestyle, thoughtful leadership and inspirational work ethic.
“He has proven to be a leader of high standards, morality, decency, integrity, and character. We are proud of him. He has touched many lives and he has contributed immensely to our development, growth and democracy”.
The cleric further urged Nigerians to continue to back Kwankwaso’s party (NNPP) and the aspiration of the former governor to become the president of Nigeria for the overall interests of all.
