Kwara Promotes 2,094 Civil Servants

Kwara State governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has approved the release of 2023 promotion letters to the deserving civil servants in the state.

LEADERSHIP reports that the governor’s approval followed the release of the results of the recent promotion examinations conducted for the civil servants in the state.

It was gathered that 2,094 out of the 2,122 civil servants that sat for the examination were successful.

The permanent secretary at the State Civil Service Commission ,Hajia Kifayat Jimoh, confirmed the development.

“A total of 2,094 out of the 2,122 candidates that sat for the examination were successful,” she said.

Mrs Jimoh expressed the commission’s appreciation to the governor for approving the distribution of the promotion letters to the deserving civil servants.

She urged the workers to rededicate themselves to duties to reciprocate the governor’s kind gesture.
