Lagos Water Corporation has commenced the test run of the Iju and Adiyan waterworks after the completion of the rehabilitation embarked upon by  Lagos State Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu-led administration towards improved water service delivery.

The management of the corporation said as a result, some areas are likely to begin to experience huge leakages due to increase in pressure, while areas that have not received water supply in a longtime will experience.

To mitigate the effects, the  corporation said it has launched dedicated numbers to report areas or communities in the state that are experiencing availability of water, burst pipes, leakages and any act of vandalism.

The corporation also urged residents to call the corporation’s dedicated numbers to make complaints, comments and enquiries on Water and other related issues.
