Starting at 7:00 AM, the free-to-attend event, powered by Kora in collaboration with Funkyfitness Workouts, promises a day packed with fitness, wellness, and community connection.

With the theme “Get Fit and Stay Stronger,” the event invites participants of all fitness levels to prioritize their health while enjoying professional-led workouts, fitness challenges with cash prizes, and celebrity appearances.

Notable fitness personalities like Maje Ayida, Kate Henshaw, Sammie, and Dr. Bills will inspire attendees, alongside over 11 certified trainers delivering practical routines.

Founder, STRONG NATION FITNESS HANGOUT, Armstrong describes the event as more than a fitness session: “This hangout is about empowering people to take charge of their health, build resilience, and enjoy the journey with a supportive community. Fitness is for everyone—it’s about how you feel, not just how you look.”
