LEADERSHIP Group Ltd will partner with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), on “conference on drug abuse, crime, and national development.”

This was confirmed in a letter of endorsement addressed to the senior vice chairman/editor-in-chief, LEADERSHIP Group Ltd, Azu Ishiekwene by the NDLEA dated May 10, 2023.

Part of the letter signed by the director, media and advocacy of the NDLEA, Femi Babafemi stated that “I write to convey the chairman/chief executive officer’s endorsement of your proposed “Conference On Drugs Abuse, Crime, And National Development.”

“We appreciate your effort towards the attainment of a drug-free society and note that the fight against drug abuse is onerous and demands collaboration from all stakeholders including the media.

“The agency is working hard to ensure that incidences of drug abuse and illicit drug trafficking are drastically reduced and/or eliminated in the country and therefore welcomes contributions from

well-meaning Nigerians and corporate organisations like yours towards achieving this goal.
