Speaking at the passing-out parade in Suleja, the national chairman of the Nigerian Legion and Commandant General of the Corps of Commissionaires, Ms. Morenike Grace Henry, commended the resilience and dedication of the graduands, describing them as symbols of trust and custodians of the legion’s proud tradition.

“Today marks the end of your two weeks of dedication, discipline, and rigorous training.
You have been tested in body, mind, and spirit, and you have improved your self-worth to wear this uniform and bear the responsibility it carries. Your roles as ambassadors and protectors of public interests cannot be overemphasized,” she said.

She urged the officers to uphold the values instilled during training, including loyalty, honesty, and professionalism, while cautioning them against misconduct.

Also addressing the graduands, Rear Admiral Jamila Mailafia (rtd.) praised the quality of training delivered during the course, noting that the inclusion of seasoned instructors from the Nigerian Army elevated the programme to international standards.
