Director of media, Abia State Labour Party (LP) Campaign Council, Onyebuchi Ememanka, has declared that the directorate would deliver on its assignment to justify the confidence reposed in the members.
Ememanka, who is also the director-general of the State Strategic Communications Bureau, told LEADERSHIP in Umuahia, the state capital, that the achievements of Governor Alex Otti in most sectors in less than four years in office had made the directorate’s job easy
“His developmental projects across the 17 local government areas in education, healthcare and road infrastructure among others and his insistence on merit in his appointments, speak volumes.
“But nevertheless, the directorate will not rest on its oars just as we know that the transformation of the state under his administration is common knowledge across the state,” he said.
The director added that another good thing about the assignment is that the directorate is working for the reelection of a governor who had demystified governance.
He dismissed the oppositions’ claims that the Otti administration lacked transparency, insisting that public funds were being properly managed by the governor to provide social amenities in the state.
‎The legal practitioner, who pointed out that the state has not had it so good before the coming of the administration, assured residents of the state of better days ahead under Otti.
