LUPAN Partners SON Against Fake, Substandard Lubricants

Lubricants Producers’ Association of Nigeria (LUPAN) said it is partnering with Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON) to eliminate fake and substandard lubricants in Nigeria markets.

Chairman of LUPAN, Alhaji Mustapha Ado Muhammad, who disclosed this to LEADERSHIP in Abuja, stressed the need for all hands to be on deck in the fight against the production  and sale of fake and substandard lubricants in the country.

Muhammad  commended the director general of  SON, Mallam Farouk Salim for leading the fight against production of substandard lubricants in Nigeria, which he noted, has reduced the menace.

Also speaking, a member of LUPAN, Chief Daniel Chukwudozie  also lauded the efforts SON in promoting ease of doing business, as it relates to the lubrication oil industry.

Chukwudozie disclosed that the association had donated three Ford Pickup Utility Vehicle  to SON to boost it’s operational efficiency.
