Ringing off, I put my phone back in my bag and concentrated on driving. It was about five minutes into the drive that I realised a small hold up building up in front of me. There were no cars far ahead as I could see, so what was happening? After spending about two minutes of following the queue slowly, I got to the point of the hold up and saw this car parked in the middle of the road! The driver still had his engine running, but showed no signs of moving. There was a large gap between him and the curb where he would have parked if he was in his correct senses. “Oga, can’t you park well? You are in the middle of the road for goodness sake,”I called out. He first of all ignored me, then later with a frown gestured with his arm that I should move on.
