Media entrepreneur and public affairs strategist, Adebola Williams, has hosted a special Iftar prayer gathering in Lagos to commemorate his 40th birthday.
The event, held as part of his year-long milestone celebration themed; “The Year I Turn 40,” brought together leaders from business, media, and the creative industries for an evening of reflection, fellowship and gratitude.
The Iftar, which Williams had hosted annually for the past 11 years, was aimed at fostering fellowship with Muslim friends and associates during the Ramadan period.
This year’s edition was held in partnership with Knorr, which supported the gathering of a diverse group of professionals.
Among attendees were actors Femi Adebayo and Lateef Adedimeji, as well as industry professionals including Muhammed Lawan, Adedayo Amzat and Jasmine Tukur.
The gathering featured prayers, reflections and shared meals, with participants highlighting themes of unity, gratitude and service.
Speaking at the event, Williams described the Iftar as a longstanding personal tradition that has evolved into a meaningful platform for reflection and connection.
