One of the thriving youths grabbing attention is a real estate mogul, Austyn David Nwaora, the founder of Suave Properties Limited and Director at Bentell Properties Limited.

Austyn David Nwaora epitomises the future of real estate business in Nigeria. The young entreprenuer took the industry by storm at age 19, when he was introduced into it by his father, Chief Ben Nwaora.

At 33, Austyn David Nwaora is one of the few reshaping the face of the sector in the country through innovation, knowledge and experience–which he has garnered in close to 15 years

Austyn David Nwaora was born in Kano, Kano State, where he grew up and had his elementary and primary school education. In 1998, he moved to Abuja, where he kick-started his career and has since been thriving.

As much as Austyn David Nwaora has the requisite criteria as a real estate mogul, he is given to learning and pursuit of academic qualifications and excellence. He bagged his first degree in Philosophy from the prestigious University of Ibadan, and later went to Nile University, Abuja, for his Masters in International Relations and Diplomacy. He recently completed his PhD from the same institution in Political Science, with a specialisation in International Political Economy from the same institution, with flying colours.

The Anambra indigene finished the programme with a 5.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). He urged that anything the mid can conceive is possible.

Speaking on his foray into real estate, Austyn David Nwaora said that, “although I was introduced into the real estate business by my father, I analysed the business objectively and fancying it, I came to appreciate it very well. Indeed the smile and satisfaction that comes from starting a building from the foundation and watching it morph into a complete masterpiece, as well as the smile a satisfied customer wears when he/she purchases one is very fulfilling.

“I believe that if you have been born with a silver spoon, you should endeavour to turn that silver into gold through innovation, will, and hard work,” added Austyn David Nwaora.

The young entrepreneur surely knows how to relieve stress and live the class he oozes. Austyn Nwaora, among other leisures, loves to travel, swim and see movies.

“I enjoy travelling, for I believe that in travelling one gets to experience new cultures, assimilate eccentric exposure, and see the beauty of the world. Also, I enjoy seeing movies, swimming, exercising, reading, playing the piano among others,” he stated in a recent interview.

On how he runs his schedule everyday, he explained that it begins with talking to God, visit to the gym, and then his breakfast. Afterwards, he visits his estate to inspect the building projects, followed by a trip to meet with clients.
