Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) FESTAC Mega Regional Headquarters is gearing up to host a mega “Open Air Prophetic Praise” event on Friday at the Lagos International Trade Fair venue.
According to the mega regional overseer, Pastor Irabor Enojiasun, the praise and worship event ties into the church’s “Explosive Evangelism Initiative” – a vision to bring people to Christ and facilitate healing for Nigeria.
He said free transportation to the venue will be provided from various locations.
Enojiasun stated that the event aims to bring spiritual, emotional and physical healing to attendees while also transforming the nation economically through divine intervention. Salvation, deliverance and restoration will be central themes.
The church has already undertaken various outreaches to help community members over the years.
These include providing scholarships, food relief packages, skill acquisition programmes, medical care and health interventions like free Hepatitis vaccinations.
Over 20,000 participants are expected at the praise concert which will feature performances from multiple music ministers and choirs. The church said adequate security has been arranged.
The event offers an opportunity for people to receive healing while launching into a season of praise and gratitude despite national challenges.
The regional headquarters also earned praise from local government chairman Engineer Valentine Buraimoh for its many outreach initiatives aimed at alleviating the suffering in the community.
Over the years, the church has provided scholarships to 21 students at the university, secondary and primary school levels enabling them to pursue their education.
During the pandemic, food packages with various staple ingredients were distributed to over 1,400 families in an effort to combat hunger.
Seeking to improve access to healthcare, the church has also facilitated free medical outreaches offering check-ups and care to all members of the public while providing vaccinations and medications at no cost.
According to Buraimoh, these sustained and impactful interventions by the church have positively transformed lives in FESTAC and surrounding areas.
By walking the talk of its faith through good works, MFM has demonstrated a commitment to social responsibility earning admiration from community stakeholders.
