Minister of state for Industry, John Owan Enoh, has initiated a series of strategic briefings today, with key departments within the ministry, in a move to strengthen the industrial sector.
These sessions aim to align departmental efforts with the Ministry’s mission to foster economic growth through industrial advancement and diversification.
The first round of briefings involved the Industrial Development Department, the Industrial Inspectorate Department, and the Chemical and Non-Pharmaceutical Department. Directors of each department presented ongoing initiatives and outlined areas for improvement. Discussions focused on actionable strategies to streamline operations and meet key objectives effectively.
Enoh emphasised the ministry’s commitment to creating a supportive environment for industrial development, innovation, and regulatory efficiency.
“By refining our approaches and aligning our goals, we are setting a foundation for sustainable industrial growth that will strengthen Nigeria’s economy and open up new opportunities,” he remarked.
