Earlier, Governor Ahmadu Fintiri challenged the federal government and the various states to summon the courage to subdue obstacles to business competitiveness in the country.

“We must have the courage to subdue every obstacle that impedes business competitiveness at both the national and the subnational levels,” he said.

The governor who was represented by his deputy, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, said dwindling resources were increasingly making development efforts difficult.
