The fuel scarcity which has dragged into almost two months now has been compounded by electricity shortages to increase Nigerians’ woes  The national grid collapsed twice within 36 hours and despite reassurances that it has been restored, the available power on the grid can barely go round.  President Muhammadu Buhari has come out to apologise to Nigerians for the current situation.
