“Having Dr Baba as the DG did not surprise various stakeholders who have followed his trajectory in service and his immense contributions to NATCOM.

“Dr Baba Mohammed is a firm believer of due process and a leader with a sound knowledge of the rule of law, having noticed the illegality contained in the operation of NATFORCE and consequential implications of such activities.

“He defended a bill before the 9th National Assembly seeking the establishment of a national commission for the proliferation of small arms, ammunition and light weapons bill 2020 (SB. 283) in line with ECOWAS convention.”

In his remarks,Dr. Baba Mohammed appreciated the nation’s leadership at all levels as well as officers and men of the commission for believing and keeping faith in NATCOM.
