Ochai said, the kidnappers are demanding for N300 million ransom and also, threatening to kill the remaining children if their demands are not met.

He noted with dismay the alarming frequency of kidnap in Kaduna, saying that it is a crisis that requires immediate and determined action from the Kaduna State government.

“This kidnap is a wake-up call on the governor, Uba Sani-led administration that all is not well in securing the state, which is the primary responsibility of every government”.

Therefore, the chairman tasked Kaduna State governor Uba Sani with fulfilling his responsibility of securing the lives and property of the citizens.

“The Nigerian Bar Association, Kaduna Branch wishes to use this medium to call on the Kaduna State government to take urgent action to ensure the safe return of Her Honour and her remaining children,” he said.
