Olorogun Kakor stressed that in mitigating the sufferings of the people, the total responsibility should not be left in the hands of the government.
He charged corporate organisations and philanthropists to also share part of the responsibilities, so as to alleviate the hardship of the masses .

According to him, as an organisation, they have been able to reach out to the poorest households and will continue to play pivotal roles in providing succour to the vulnerable in the society .

His words, “At various times, as an organisation, we have been able to provide short term solutions that we believe can give Immediate succour to hundreds of thousands struggling with hunger and poverty. One of which the organisation carried out, where 1,000 bags of rice, 800 bags of beans, 500 tubers of yam, vegetable oil, assorted onions, noodles and other consumables were shared amongst the widows and less privileged.”

According to him, between the months of October and November 2022, NBN of Africa provided palliatives and relief materials to over 12 states within the country that were ravished with floods. The LGA’s included Oguta, Umungwa Obowo both in Imo State.
