NCCE Approves 30 Programmes For College Of Education Gindiri

The National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) has approved the full accreditation of 30 programmes in the College of Education Gindiri in the Mangu local government council of Plateau State.

The cheering news was announced in a statement signed by the college’s Public Relations Officer, Mrs. Elizabeth Aboreng.

According to her, with this approval, the college will now admit NCE students in Special Education in the ongoing admission exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The statement stated, “30 programmes of the College of Education, Gindiri, have been fully accredited so far.”

” The National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) has also approved the re-establishment of the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation Science, which was closed 15 years ago.”

The statement further stressed, “The acting provost, Prof. Lazarus Maigoro, on behalf of management, Staff and Students, wishes to express his gratitude to the executive governor of Plateau State, Barr Caleb Mutfwang, for his magnanimity in funding the accreditation exercise.”
