During the launch event, Sulaiman-Ibrahim highlighted the transformative potential of the NCFRMI Digital Academy, emphasizing its focus on serving the needs of Persons of Concerns in Nigeria.

She said the academy will leverage technology to empower the commission’s staff and partners with the necessary skills, knowledge, and expertise to make a meaningful impact in their work.

She said the online platform provides flexibility for participants to access training materials, lectures, and interactive sessions from anywhere, at any time.

The commissioner reiterated her commitment to ensuring that individuals with varying levels of digital literacy can embark on a transformative learning journey through the academy.

She said the NCFRMI Digital Academy offers a comprehensive curriculum tailored to address the unique challenges faced by Internally Displaced Persons, Refugees, and Migrants.

“Through engaging modules and interactive learning experiences, the platform aims to deepen staff understanding, enhance skills, and explore innovative solutions to real-world issues,” she said.

She said one of the notable aspects of the NCFRMI Digital Academy is its focus on continuous improvement and impact evaluation.

Sulaiman-Ibrahim said participants will receive detailed reports capturing their learning journey, enabling progress monitoring, performance assessment, and informed decision-making for ongoing enhancements. This approach ensures the long-term sustainability of the academy.

Sulaiman-Ibrahim encouraged all stakeholders, particularly the staff, to take full advantage of this transformative opportunity for education and personal development.

She said the NCFRMI Digital Academy promises a limitless learning experience, breaking barriers and empowering individuals with just a click.
