Nelson Cool Making Waves In Nigerian Music Industry

Ozioko Anene Nelson, better known as “Nelson cool,” has highlighted why upcoming and established musical talents continue to vanish in country.

The Nigeria-based Afro-beat singer and songwriter is surely a dynamic talent that needs to be on your radar. His blend of Nigerian and contemporary influences which he channels into his unique sound has earned him a place in the frontline of artists.

The country alone is a huge challenge because nothing helps upcoming and independent artist like us in the industry and this highlights the reason why lot of talents are wasted,” he stated.

The rising artiste has been making waves in the Nigerian music industry with his unique sound and style, releasing a string of hit songs and visuals, including “Para” in 2019, “Corona leave us ” in 2020 featuring jaywillz in 2021, and his “My heart ” EP with tracks like “beautiful” and “linda.” Nelson Cool music has been featured on several playlists and has earned her numerous award nominations.

His recent single, “Onome,” has been enjoying steady radio airplay and was recently featured on Apple Music playlists.

Nelson Cool, who is from Nsukka in Enugu State was born on the 27th of August 1997, he was port raised in Port Harcourt city before finally moving to Lagos to pursue his dream. He is recognised for his unbeatable passion for Afrobeats with R&B flavors.
