The appeal was made in a recent statement signed by NDRWDF’s national spokesperson, Comrade Tamarapreye Nemi, and secretary, Comrade (Mrs) Ochuko F. Mercy.

The organisation lauded Dr Tejuosho as a distinguished philanthropist whose initiatives have significantly impacted the lives of vulnerable populations across Nigeria.

Dr. Tejuosho is renowned for her numerous programs designed to uplift marginalized groups, particularly widows, orphans, unemployed youth, and persons with disabilities (PWDs).

The women’s group articulated that President Tinubu would benefit immensely from Dr Tejuosho’s innovative approach and deep-rooted patriotism.

They stated, “By appointing Dr Tejuosho, President Tinubu would not only enhance the effectiveness of his Renewed Hope Agenda but also demonstrate a genuine commitment to inclusive governance.”

NDRWDF expressed confidence that Dr Tejuosho if given the opportunity to serve, would implement transformative policies that could substantially improve the socio-economic conditions of many Nigerians.

They emphasised that such an appointment would earn the president accolades both nationally and internationally.

Reiterating their stance, the group remarked, “Dr Tejuosho’s appointment would mark a significant step towards fostering inclusivity in governance, effectively addressing the diverse needs of the Nigerian populace.”

Dr Halimat Tejuosho has garnered widespread recognition for her philanthropic efforts, which have received numerous accolades nationwide.

The NDRWDF believes her continued commitment to service positions her as an ideal candidate to help shape a brighter future for Nigeria.
