This was produced and recorded right in his home studio by Southsound.

Some of the tracks were mixed and mastered by Auxx, one of the notable music engineers in Lagos.

He also worked with some music heads like S Jay, Akeem and so many artists in Lagos.

Luckey Jay is notable for his Yoruba and English lyrical mix, storytelling with music, real-life related matters and love.

He motivates with his music and he finds it easy to discuss life-pressing issues with his music.

‘Otipe’, a lead single track from the EP, eulogises a beautiful live success and struggles and describes his mesmeric style of dance.

“I create a very seductive aura with the song allowing listeners to enjoy themselves and have a great time while at it.

“When you listen to Afrobeats music by the pioneer himself Fela Kuti, ‘Otipe’ is that song that follows that particular rhythmic pattern and bounces with a mixture of new age Afrobeats to further emphasise my versatility in the Nigerian music scene,” Luckey Jay said in a chat with newsmen shortly after the song was released.
