The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) has listed an additional 303,059 units of the Chapel Hill Denham Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund (NIDF) on its daily official list, following the fund’s 2026 first-quarter scrip dividend.

The listing, which took effect on June 11, 2026, was disclosed to trading licence holders, confirming an increase in the fund’s issued units as part of its dividend reinvestment programme.

According to the notice, the newly listed units were derived from the NIDF’s Q1 2026 scrip dividend, allowing unitholders to receive additional units in lieu of cash payouts.

With the admission of 303,059 units, the total issued units of the fund rose to 1.197 billion units, reflecting a marginal expansion in the fund’s capital base.
