Nigerians In Diaspora Urged To Consider Property Investments Back Home

Nigerians living abroad, particularly in the United Kingdom, have being encouraged to explore opportunities for investing in TPumby landed property back home.

This call was made during a recent land exhibition event held on a boat cruise in Woolwich, London.

The event, organized by Godfather Promotion in partnership with T.Pumpy Concept Limited, featured prominent Nollywood actors Femi Adebayo and Tayo Odueke (popularly known as Sikiratu Sindodo), who shared their insights on the importance of property investment in Nigeria.

T.Pumpy Estates, developed by T.Pumpy Concept Limited, are located in over 60 areas across Abuja, Ekiti, Ibadan, and Ilorin.

The company is currently offering a 40% discount on lands for UK-based subscribers as part of a special promotion running from August 20 to 26, 2024. This offer applies to properties in the Federal Capital Territory, Ekiti, Oyo, and Kwara states.

Speaking at the event, Femi Adebayo emphasized the significance of investing in property in Nigeria.

“If you are interested in investing back home, I would strongly recommend considering property. It’s a secure investment,” he said.

A brand ambassador for T.Pumpy,Tayo Odueke highlighted the company’s track record.
